90-Day Money-Back Guarantee (First Purchase Only)
We stand behind Parmint and offer a 90-day money-back guarantee on your FIRST purchase only. We designed this guarantee for customers who genuinely try the product and don't see results — not for those who change their mind before giving it a fair chance.
To qualify for a refund, you must:
• Contact our support team at info@parmint.com within 90 days of the delivery date
• Provide your order number
• Complete our Refund Request Form describing your experience with the product (how long you used it, dosage, and results observed)
• Submit a photo of your opened bottle showing remaining product level
Minimum Usage Requirement: To be eligible for a satisfaction-based refund, you must have used Parmint consistently for at least 30 days. Refund requests made before 30 days of use will only be considered in cases of defective or damaged products.
Refunds are NOT available for:
• Subscription rebills, renewals, or autoship charges
• Second or subsequent orders
• Requests without completed Refund Request Form
• Orders where product photos show unopened/unused product
"I Didn't Order This" Claims
All orders require active checkout completion including email confirmation, payment authorization, and shipping address entry. If you claim you did not place an order, we will verify: the shipping address matches your confirmed address, order confirmation email delivery status, and payment authorization records.
Orders confirmed as legitimately placed and delivered to the verified address do not qualify for "didn't order" refunds.
Standard Returns (Unopened Product)
If you wish to return an unopened, unused item in its original packaging, you may do so within 90 days of receiving your order. You'll need your receipt or proof of purchase. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order upon reception. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will send a replacement at our discretion.
Medical-Related Refund Requests
If you request a refund claiming a doctor advised you not to take Parmint, we require a signed doctor's note on official letterhead specifying the medical reason for the restriction. Due to Parmint's natural composition (mint, parsley, and chlorophyllin) and the absence of known contraindications at normal doses, medical-based refund requests will not be processed without this documentation.
European Union Customers
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of receipt under the EU cooling-off period. The item must be unopened, unused, with tags, and in original packaging. Return shipping costs to our facility are your responsibility.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned: opened personal care products not covered by our Money-Back Guarantee terms, sale items, gift cards, and any item not in its original condition.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take additional time to post the credit. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at info@parmint.com.
