Take the capsule in the morning, preferably before breakfast. If you have strong body odor take one at night as well. Do not exceed two per day.

Green Poop: Yes, we know, this may seem kinda weird but Parmint is packed with some of the most potent Chlorophyllin money can buy. Chlorophyllin is the superstar ingredient in our formula, and comes with many health benefits. However, as a green pigment, it will turn your poop green. This is totally normal and nothing to worry about.
Tummy Aches: When you first start taking Parmint, you may experience minor tummy aches after the first couple hours after taking your dose. While this is rare, it can occasionally happen and it's just an indication that the detoxifying properties of Parmint are working, don't worry! They will go away once your body gets used to it, usually 4-5 days. If not, please reach out to our customer service.

I have been using this product for 2 weeks and boy does it work, my feet don't stink and I have been able to discontinue wearing deodorant my left armpit does stink a little more then the right but you have to be nose to put to smell it and I stink pretty bad when I sweat, people have told me how am I sweating so bad and I don't stink.

Not sure if it works or not, it makes your poop green, but hardly any smell, works well as a deodorizer but I don’t like the natural odor my body has after using it for a while. Overall good product, effective and efficient but just not for me.

I found it to have a slight laxative effect, but it has done some serious work cleansing me of B.O. I can now get through the day with one application of aluminum-free deodorant and not smell all day, even after a shift on my feet or a trip to the gym. Before I started taking this, I had to reapply all day long, and sometimes even showered between activities.
